• Our representative will pick you up early in the morning for your transfer to Cairo to see its most famous sights. A refreshment stop will be made during your journey if required. • You will then stop for an included lunch at a local restaurant before being driven into central Cairo to explore the artefacts of the National Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square. The museum’s collections exceed 120,000 masterpieces from the pre-dynastic to the Pharaonic and Greco-Roman periods. Explore the huge first floor and learn about the mummification art of Ancient Egypt, this floor also contains the shining golden collection of the boy king Tut-Ench-Amon. The museum is vast and gets very busy, your Egyptologist guide will take you to the more important exhibits first before exploring the rest of the Museum.
